The location is convenient south of the city with good access to major roads. I found entertainment options downstairs including a snooker table a pool table and darts. Multiple TVs showed live sports. The room I had was quiet and quite spacious with a good shower that worked perfectly.
The surrounding area did appear a bit run down. However it did not affect my stay.

The staff was very helpful. They quickly addressed any concerns I had. The reception staff was available 24/7 and promptly answered my questions. The breakfast service staff was attentive. All of the staff was smiling.

the staff was friendly. the location is perfect. transport links are very good, and i could easily get around. the accommodation was also kept clean .
the room was small. a small window was high up on the wall. the blind was permanently down so the room felt dark. there were no tea or coffee making facilities.

The large free carpark was a GREAT bonus. I found food readily available, both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. The shower was functional with hot water. The hotel was newly decorated.
I noticed the signage to the rooms could use improvement. It was a bit confusing to navigate at first.
